1.3 Service coverage, speed, and reliability may vary depending on technical, geographical, or environmental factors.
2. Account Registration and Customer Obligations
2.1 Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or availing of services.
2.2 Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
2.3 Customers agree not to misuse the services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: spamming, hacking, illegal downloads, or activities prohibited under Philippine law.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Customers agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes in accordance with the chosen plan or service.
3.2 Payments must be made on or before the due date stated in the billing statement.
3.3 Late payments may result in service interruption, penalties, or disconnection.
3.4 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Equipment and Installation
4.1 Equipment provided by SkyGrid Tech Solutions Co. remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.2 Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and will be liable for damage, loss, or tampering.
4.3 Unauthorized relocation, modification, or repair of the equipment is strictly prohibited.
5. Service Limitations and Disclaimer
5.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services, though we aim to provide the highest possible quality.
5.2 The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, natural disasters, or third-party issues.
5.3 The use of services is at the customer’s own risk.
6. Data Privacy
6.1 SkyGrid Tech Solutions Co. respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
6.2 By availing of our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for service-related purposes.
7. Fair Use Policy
7.1 Customers must use the services in a fair and reasonable manner.
7.2 Excessive usage, abuse, or activities that degrade the quality of service for other customers may result in speed throttling, suspension, or termination.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice at least [30] days in advance.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Liability
9.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
9.2 Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
10. Amendments
10.1 SkyGrid Tech Solutions Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Updates will be posted on our official website or communicated to customers via email or billing statements.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11.2 Any disputes shall be settled in the proper courts of Ragay, Camarines Sur.
